Our properties are organized into packages based on proximity and each package includes a variety of fields, sloughs, and hunting options.

Convenience : Our farms are no more than 45 minutes from Memphis, TN and as close as 15 minutes from the Memphis bridge. There is no such thing as work days for our members.

Comfort : All of our farms have big pits and big blinds in effort to maximize comfort and shooting efficiency.

Quality : Our farms are managed to hold and harvest ducks. We control water levels on our farms and can run risers when it freezes. Our scouts provide daily reports on duck locations increasing the efficiency of our hunters.

Gilmore

Gilmore is just a 25 minute drive from Memphis. Lamb Bayou forms an oxbow through the center of the property, and ducks are imprinted on the natural 60 acre slough. This farm has a very large blind and a super pit allowing for comfortable duck hunting.

Size – 322 Acres, 3 pits, 1 blind

Food – Rice, Beans, Moist Soil Unit

SPDC – Jet Package (Togo, Log Lake, Prestidge)

This package is unique because it’s members will have rights to 3 significantly different farms. This package is for the hunter that wants options. The combination of these 3 farms provide a lot of choices and the ability to hunt timber as well.

  Togo

Togo holds a lot of ducks, especially in the CRP because it pulls many ducks off of the zero grade rice fields in Twist, AR. This farm has a shop area for atvs and a comfortable loading area that is graveled. The optional farm house is located at Togo. The Saint Francis River wraps around this farm making it a prime spot for the ducks.

Size – 700 Acres, 5 pits, 4 blinds

Food – Rice, Beans, Moist Soil Unit, Millet, Volunteer Rice, Acorns

Log Lake

This is a hallmark farm. Log Lake offers green tree reservoir timber hunting right off of the St. Francis River. Log Lake periodically holds thousands of Mallards and Teal throughout duck season. These ducks can be hunted on the lake, the CRP, the ag fields or the Timber.

Prestidge

SPDC Prestdge is a 30 minute drive from downtown Memphis and offers hunting over multiple flooded fields, food plots, and a lake. The CRP and timber at this farm can be extremely fun to hunt. The Tyronza River wraps around this property making it a convenient stopping point for the ducks flying the river.

How a Membership Works:

  1. $8,000 per membership which includes 40 hunts
  2. All members can hunt the West Bay and Middle Bay Green Tree Reservoirs as part of their package when the river floods the woods.
  3. Members can use hunts at other clubs if invited by member.
  4. Members will text or e-mail manager prior to hunting on who is hunting to make sure there are not coordination problems with too many people going same day.
  5. Members need to hunt with at least one other person and be open to allow other members/guest to hunt with them up to capacity of blind.  If beyond capacity, then the 2nd group will hunt a 2nd blind.
  6. Management reserves the right to restrict pressure on certain blinds or set up allocation system if they deem pressure is negatively affecting the hunting.  Management prefers less rules and to let members work things out if possible.
  7. Management and members have the right to cash out for pro-rated number of hunts prior to January 1.
  8. Members can store stuff at Togo and spend the night for $100/night/person.
