How a Membership Works:
- $8,000 per membership which includes 40 hunts
- All members can hunt the West Bay and Middle Bay Green Tree Reservoirs as part of their package when the river floods the woods.
- Members can use hunts at other clubs if invited by member.
- Members will text or e-mail manager prior to hunting on who is hunting to make sure there are not coordination problems with too many people going same day.
- Members need to hunt with at least one other person and be open to allow other members/guest to hunt with them up to capacity of blind. If beyond capacity, then the 2nd group will hunt a 2nd blind.
- Management reserves the right to restrict pressure on certain blinds or set up allocation system if they deem pressure is negatively affecting the hunting. Management prefers less rules and to let members work things out if possible.
- Management and members have the right to cash out for pro-rated number of hunts prior to January 1.
- Members can store stuff at Togo and spend the night for $100/night/person.
